Racks America, Inc. warrants against defects
in the manufacturer's materials and workmanship
on all Wine Racks America wooden wine storage
products for life. If a defect should arise,
contact us immediately and we will arrange
for repair or replacement of the defective item. |
Money Back Guarantee:
Additionally, we provide a 30 Day Money Back
Guarantee on every purchase made from Wine Racks
America. If the need to return a product arises,
simply send it back for a full refund. Customers
are responsible for all return shipping, freight and insurance
costs.
Money back guaranteed does not include custom made products. All sales on custom products are final. Wine Racks America may, at its sole discretion, repair or replace custom made items as stipulated by the manufacturer's warranty. |

shipped, you may cancel your order for any reason for a full refund.
